coaching for community
Support yourself & Support community
Donate-what-you-can coaching conversations benefiting community.
Are you experiencing a change or transition? Are you wrestling with a decision or feeling stuck? You deserve to live the best version of your life and coaching can help you get there!
What is coaching for community?
The Coaching for Community project provides donate-what-you-can coaching conversations to support selected nonprofits - The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD), Collective 365, or Housing Families First.
What is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as "a thought-provoking and creative process that will inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential."
Coaching gives you time and space to hear yourself think! You may find coaching helpful if you need to work through a challenge or decision (big or small) - explore what you want and determine small steps to get there.
What is my coaching style?
I hold space for you to figure things out for yourself through deep listening, unusual questions, positive assumptions, and zero advice. I use a "Solution Focused" approach, a respectful approach that trusts your expertise and focuses on small details and wins.
What is the Commitment?
I offer issue or project-based coaching. You can engage in as many one-hour conversations as helpful to move a step forward. If that is just one conversation - wonderful! I do not require ongoing coaching or a coaching contract.
How much does it cost?
Schedule a coaching conversation on my booking page. My suggested rate is $60 per conversation. It is more than OK for you to pay what you can! After scheduling, donate directly to AFTD, Collective 365, or Housing Families First and forward the confirmation page to erika.schmale@gmail.com.
How can we connect?
I would love to connect with you! If you have additional questions about coaching, email erika.schmale@gmail.com with any questions.
